Jacob Osojnak is a licensed private detective in Illinois and Michigan. A graduate of Michigan State University, he has a background in banking and collections and has been serving legal papers since 2001. He holds an Illinois concealed carry license and has written on concealed carry law for the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers (ILAPPS).
Jacob started his investigative career working in the collections department of U.S. Bancorp in Chicago. After learning the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the collections process, he started specializing in skip tracing and collateral recovery. Later he was responsible for initiating fraud investigations on financed collateral before leaving the banking industry and becoming a private detective.
