We can assist with case review, locate and interview witnesses, uncover new evidence, and review law enforcement activity associated with your case. We can help you find the facts you need, at an affordable cost. Additional services include evidence retrieval, FOIA requests, juror intel reports, scene canvassing and investigations, witness locates, and 911 and CAD log retrieval.
(Jacob Osojnak is a graduate of the Criminal Defense Investigator Training Council academy, a 40 hour program focusing on the Component Method of Criminal Defense Investigation, Case Management, Forensic Science Applications and Death Investigations.)
We provide prompt, professional service of process in DuPage, Kane, Kendall & Northwest Will Counties. Our flat rate fee for service ensures there are no hidden costs. We use ServeManager software, which allows us to update assignments in the field to give you real time status. GPS coordinates are automatically recorded on most service attempts, and we always take a picture of the assignment address. E-mail alerts are sent upon completion of an assignment.
We can also front witness and other fees upon request. Please note that for all cases originating in Cook County, Great Lakes PI must be appointed special process server. A copy of the Appointment Motion can be found here.
We can help you identify the assets owned by an individual or business. Asset searches are critical in a variety of situations, such as when trying to collect on a debt, recover a judgment, child support and alimony cases, or when purchasing a business. Our flat rate fee for searches ensures there are no hidden costs.
As part of every search we check for aircraft registrations, bankruptcy information, corporation information, liens and judgments, litigation records, real property information, UCC filings and watercraft registrations.
(Please note that there is no legal or ethical way to directly search for bank account information but such information may be indirectly found through the records above.)
We have developed the resources that enable us to find virtually anyone! We use top of the line databases and time-proven investigative techniques to locate someone, sometimes within hours, when others have been searching fruitlessly for years!
We access information such as court files, motor vehicle and property records, public and proprietary electronic databases, and social media profiles. We have enjoyed much success with locating even the oldest and most difficult skips, including debtors, deadbeat parents, and former employees.
Interested in becoming a detective agency employee in Illinois? We can help you navigate the paperwork needed to obtain your PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card), which allows you to seek employment with a licensed agency. Or are you a newly licensed PI and need help with business planning, day to day operations or tools of the trade? We have 20+ years of experience and are happy to consult with you.
We can perform countywide civil and criminal record checks in DuPage, Kane, Kendall & Will Counties. While at the courthouse, we can print case file documents and dockets, or obtain certified copies of documents.
Great Lakes PI also has access to the Illinois State Police CHIRP database, which compiles criminal convictions from most counties in Illinois. We can also perform federal record searches and print associated case documents.
